# Dejaunia Hair Therapy Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Dejaunia Hair Therapy! To provide the best experience for every guest and respect everyone's time, please review the following booking policies. ## Appointment Confirmation Appointments are confirmed once the required booking deposit has been received. ## Cancellation Policy - Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. - If no deposit was required, a 50% cancellation fee may be charged before booking future appointments. ## No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without contacting the salon will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. ## Late Arrival Policy - Please arrive on time for your appointment. - Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service. - Late arrivals may receive an abbreviated service to avoid delaying the next client. Full service pricing will still apply. ## Deposits All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. ## Emergencies I understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions are made at the discretion of the salon.
